The GP 15 JETA in its first high-level competitive outing at the “Nacional Multiclases Chaves 2026” gliding competition in Gonzalez Chaves, Argentina, piloted by our Argentinian GPG sales representative - Felipe Girado, impressed by finishing just off the podium, in 4th place overall, with a total of 7,675 points in the Open class.
Throughout the event, Girado’s JETA consistently placed among the top competitors in several individual tasks, frequently flying in the leading group and demonstrating strong performance against other top gliders and pilots.
This result marks a remarkable first appearance at this level and suggests significant potential for future events.
“GP is doing well on medium/good days and also weak, yesterday almost first. […] Last day I ended up second in the task, but the first one went up two places. I ended up 4th overall which is very good for the first GP competition. General comments where very good about the glider. Flying together with Ventus 2 18m, ASH 25, Nimbus 3 etc., gave people a lot to talk about. […]
